Hello NH Wine Lovers! We are excited to welcome our first International Winemaker guest from the Aragon Region of Spain. Sip, study and savor your Saturday with Christophe Chapillon of Chapillon Wines.
In 2006, Christophe Chapillon decided to follow the family adventure (his uncle was a vintner in the Loire Valley of France) of wine making but not in France but Spain and specifically in Aragon, where he has lived since 1986. Christophe collaborated with Cesar Langa the owner of one of the oldest vineyard in Calatayud (More than 150 years of history) and launched his brand CHAPILLON. Christophe continues to create a line of wine with their familial name: CHAPILLON. A line of modern primarily Spanish style wines with a very French influence.
