Description
La Vina de la Merce at 30 years old planted at 600 meters. The rows are planted North to South on a very steep slope. Limestone rich soils. The grapes are destemmed and crushed with fermentation taking place in temperature controled stainless steel tanks with wild yeast. Aged in used (3 years old) American oak for 14 months with 3 hand rackings at 5 months apart. Then aged in bottle, unfined and unfiltered, for 9 months before selling.
