In the Volařík family they have honestly cultivated the love of wine since the Second World War, when the founder of the family tradition, Leopold Volařík, learned the viticulture and viticulture skills of the German residents. The development of the wine tradition was interrupted by violent collectivization and the return to winemaking was only possible after the revolution in 1989, when the vineyards were gradually returned to their original owners.
