Description
Cuvee Remy is a negociant wine selected by Christophe Chapillon and made at the excellent Rotllan Torra winery. It is a blend of 35% Garnacha, 35% Carinena, with the balance Cabernet Sauvignon aged in barrel for 16 months. Fragrant liquid minerals, lavender, Asian spices, and black cherry aromas inform the nose of this rich, smooth, value-priced Priorat. It can be enjoyed now and over the next 5 years and provides an excellent introduction to the wines of the region.
