Made with selected grapes, strain by strain, in our farm El Fresno , located in Laguardia in the Rioja Alavesa. The vineyard has a yield of 4.200kgs / Ha and the age of the vineyard is 40 years. The fermentation of the destemmed grape took place in stainless steel tanks, at a temperature between 28 ° C and 30 ° C. The first days will macerate for 2 weeks for a good extraction of color and round and soft tannins. Aging for 12 months in American oak barrels and 6 months in allier oak barrels with medium toasting, with racking every 6 months.
