Elaborated, de-stemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature between 26 ° C and 28 ° C. Maceration of 15 days with continuous over-pumping to obtain a good color extraction. This wine is aged in American and French oak barrels for 12 months and the rest in bottle until it’s commercialization. The color is of an intense cherry red color, medium-high layer, with violet tones. Complex aromatic cut, the aging has been balanced to obtain a good balance between the aromas given by the oak respecting the aromas of varietal fruit, ripe and small fruits of the forest. It is an expressive wine on the palate, very tasty and full of flavors. It develops a harmony in the palate coming from its sweet and elegant tannins. The aftertaste is clean and persistent, with pleasant memories.
