Grapes from our own Rioja Alavesa vineyards, grown in dry land and harvested in the first week of October, once their optimum ripeness point has been reached. The clean must is fermented at a controlled temperature of 14 ° C for 25 days. Aromas of white fruit (pear, peach skin) combined with white flowers with tropical notes, clean and powerful. Silky mouth, soft and fresh, very harmonic with long fruity aftertaste.
