Winemaking: Total destemming, pelicular maceration and fermentation at 14oC in French oak barrels.
Aging: Aged 4 months in french oak barrels with the process of Battonage.
Alcohol Content: 12,5% ALC. By VOL.
Colour: Bright citrus yellow
Aroma: Mineral notes, fresh white pulp fruits and citrus
Taste: Good volume and freshness in the mouth, excellent acidity and very persistent end
Final Taste: Intense, long and persistent
