Soil: Granitic and slightly acidic with poor nutrients

Winemaking: Pelicular contact for 45 minutes, fermentation at controlled temperatures between 14 and 16oC
Aging: Aged in steel vats in “sur lies”, 1 month in the cellar before being released to the market.
Alcohol Content: 12,5% ALC. By VOL.
Colour: Bright rosé
Aroma: Wild berries with an interesting and exotic mineral touch
Taste: Fresh, mineral, wild berries, with good equilibrium
Final Taste: Pleasant sensation of freshness
