Approximately 72% Doyle Fournier Vyd, 28% RTR Estate Vyd.
Crunchy Bartlett pear on the nose with fresh and stewed yellow apple and a hint of fresh gingerroot. White floral, honeysuckle and wet limestone follow. On the palate more pear, with green and yellow apple, honeydew melon, citrus peel, lime curd, and chalk. The finish is mineral-driven with a prominent acid spine and a stony edge.
