Winemaking: Fermentation with long maceration and controlled temperature between 22o and 24oC.
Aging: 6 months French oak barrels, 3 months in cellar before being bottled.
Alcohol Content: 13,0% ALC. By VOL.
Colour: Intense Ruby
Aroma: Aroma of ripe fruit, with slight vanilla notes from the wood.
Taste: fresh with a smooth body and very fine tannins.
Final Taste: Smooth, very pleasant
