Pinot Noir grapes for this wine are sourced partially from the southernmost part of Burgundy, in the Mâconnais and partially from Côte d’Or (Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits). The vineyards are located along the foot of the wine-growing slopes on limestone soils mixed with some clays and marls.
Temperature controlled vinification and aging on the lees in stainless steel vats.
Purple color with deeper glints. A bouquet of small red fruits (cherry, redcurrant) and black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant). Lively and crunchy in the mouth. A vinous and appealing wine. Enjoy with vegetable salads, meat or poultry, simmered beef and vegetables, even fish.
Serve between 14° and 16°C
