Description
The Mâconnais is Home for the world famous Chardonnay, named after an ancient village from the region. Between the plain of the Saône river and the hills of Beaujolais, the siliceous granite soils allow the vines to flourish beautifully.
Harvest is brought progessively from different selected plots based on the ripening. Grapes are pressed gently by pneumatic press. Fine-tuned filtering at the end of the process ensures a clear and bright wine.
A bouquet of citrus, exotic fruit and white flowers, demonstrating the potential of Chardonnay for finesse and complexity.
