Description
This wine undergoes classical winemaking, following the second fermentation by means of the ‘méthode traditionnelle’ with free yeasts. The aging takes place horizontally for eighteen months in our underground cellar. Then it is stirred and it is left to age and acquire its taste one more month. This sparkling wine is versatile, it can be enjoyed all throughout a meal, as an aperitif from the beginning to the last toast at the end.
