One of the favorite varietals of owner Gary Pillitteri, The family takes great pride in cultivating the Marlo grape variety. Widely known for its soft and supple texture, our 2012 Marlo exemplifies all of the characteristics of traditionally great Marlo’s. Rich aromas of raspberry, chocolate, cherry, and an underlying hint of black licorice fill the nose. On your pallet, you’ll find a medium bodied wine with silky smooth tannins and flavors of black pepper spices, smoke, forest berries and homemade strawberry jam. Well rounded with a supple, medium length finish.
