Acaso is a wine designed to celebrate those moments, produced through modern winemaking techniques to evidence the potential of this region’s typical grape varieties.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Climate: Continental—Mediterranic
Soil: Granitic-Sandy rock, slightly acidic and poor in nutrients
Grape Varieties: Arinto, Loureiro, Trajadura
Winemaking: Fermentation with a pelicular maceration and controlled temperature between 14 and 16oC
Aging: None
Alcohol Content: 11,0% ALC. By VOL.
TASTING NOTES
Colour: Intense bright yellow with greenish touch
Aroma: Intense tropical fruit, some mango and lemon
Taste: Very fresh, young and vivid in the mouth, the tipicity of V.Verde all around
Final Taste: Intense, fresh and refreshing
