Vinified in vats partly in whole grains (carbonic maceration) and partly by successive layers of Syrah and Grenache. The Renaissance vintage matures for 12 months in French oak. The lively tannins of this vintage deliciously accompany barbecued or even beef tartar. Its aromatic concentration will also marvel as an accompaniment to duck or roast pigeon.
