Made with selected grapes, strain by strain, from our estate LAS CAÑAS , located in La Rioja Alavesa. The vineyard has a yield of 4.200 kg / Ha. and the age of the vineyard is 49 years. The fermentation of the destemmed grape took place in stainless steel tanks, at a temperature between 28 ° C and 30 ° C during the first days. It macerates for 3 weeks for a good extraction of color and round tannins. This wine is aged in American and French oak barrels for a minimum of 2 years, followed by a minimum of three years in the bottle.
