Sauvignon Blanc made up of two different clones of this variety in two different vineyards. In addition, it was produced by three different methods of fermentation. Part of the fermented wine in stainless steel tanks, part in oak barrel and part fermented with husks. This makes the wine perfectly balanced and full. The aroma is known to exhibit citrus, herbs and maracuja fruit. The taste is strong and long. Pleasant refreshing acid goes hand in hand with a creamy softness from aging in oak barrels.
