Aging: 11 months in French Oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: Cherry color, bouquet of wild raspberry, slightly spicy with smoke and toasted notes. Fresh and smooth in the mouth. Sweet and juicy tannins, long aftertaste with hints of Mediterranean herbs.
Food Pairings: hearty stews, grilled sausages, or barbecued meats and vegetables.
